THIS IS NOT ART

Installation: AI-generated images, video & text, 2025

A reflection on the differences between AI art and human-made art.

At the center are the three AI ART RANTS – where Bukowski, Van Gogh, Francis Bacon and the Punk movement “return” to rant about AI. The works have been awarded at AI film festivals worldwide, and while Eldagsen  shares many of the arguments, each piece was co-created with AI, giving the project a conceptual twist.

The work was installed in two version:

DEAD ARTISTS AGAINST AI

Around the video screens are life-sized portraits of dead artists protesting against AI, clarifying the difference between their work and an AI simulation.

AI MISFORTUNE COOKIES

The video screens are mounted on the wallpaper of AI Misfortune Cookies.
