The 3rd IN OUT video art festival is the first one that can be called international, showing work from 10 countries: Canada, USA, UK, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Greece, Germany, Czech Republic and Poland.

The Jury of the 3rd IN OUT Festival includes: Witoslaw Czerwonka (Academy of Fine Arts, Gdansk), Marco Mancuso (DIGICULT.IT) and Jason Waite (independent curator).

THE SCHOOL OF SPAM (SPAM the musical) was showcased.
